3. Orders and Payments Orders can be placed through our website. Payments must be made using the available payment methods. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Frędzlavf reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Shipping Policy Orders are processed within 3 business days. This does not apply to special jewelry orders (the timeframe is determined individually). Frędzlavf offers free shipping for bulk orders to Poland (this is a gesture towards our Polish customers; such shipping takes a maximum of 1 month).

5. Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original condition, with the tag and unused, in its packaging. Send us an email by entering the order number in the title.

1. In the email, please include your account number, your first and last name, and address for the refund, and the shipment number and name of the carrier (you’ll find it on the carrier label from which you purchased the shipment).

2. Pack the products in the original cardboard box in which you received them, along with the inner plastic bag for clothing items and a decorative pouch for jewelry. Remove the previous courier label or cross it out with a black marker.

3. After registering the return of the package with our company, you will receive a refund to your account within 14 days. We invite you to purchase other products again, and we hope that next time the products will stay with you. Thank you. The return costs are borne by the customer; if the product is defective or damaged, the shipping and return costs are borne by the creator.

6. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our website, you agree to the processing of your data as described in our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability Frędzlavf is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the services on this website.
