Do you want to return your order? 

You have 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment to send it out.  

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

1. Send us email by entering the order number in the title.  

In the email, please include your account number, your name and last name  and adres for the refund and the shipment number and name of carrier (You’ll find it on the carrier label from which you purchased the shipment). 

2. Pack the products in the original cardboard box in which you received them, along with the inner plastic bag for clothing items and a decorative pouch for jewelry. Remove the previous courier label or cross it out with a black marker. 

3.After registering the return of the package with our company, you will receive a refund to your account within 14 days. We invite you to purchase other products again, and we hope that next time the products will stay with you. Thank you
